Have you been a nice guy? :-) I hope you are getting lot's of nice gifts.
We have lot's to do here now. 2 days before Christmas my son will become
engaged. Big party of course. He already left home more than one year
ago and is "flying by his own now". :-)
It's a 300 miles drive on crazy and packed roads so wish us good luck.
I would have preferred staying home and celebrate here in our town
but on the other hand, they would have to make this crazy drive to us.

QUESTION:
Lena, today I received the 16oz bottle of silver water, and 8oz
bottle of life transfusion ionic ocean mineral complex. I will follow
recommended dosage of daily teaspoon of silver water, and half to
three quarter teaspoon of mineral complex in morning and again at
noon, mixed with juice. I am a seventy one year old male. I take one
atenolol tablet daily, and half an aspirin 4 days a week. I have been
on various statin tablets, but stopped on medical advice, as I was
getting muscle pain. I await your comments and/or suggestions on how
to proceed.

The prime dosage/regimen for his problem should be two teaspoons of
LIFE TRANSFUSION LIQUID MINERALS daily mixed in carrot or beet juice
or low-sodium V8 juice with a teaspoon of Psyllium Fiber stirred into
each glass for bowel normalization and also to help control cholesterol.

It is one of those wonderful recipes that are super simple, and very,
very good. If you use a bit of discretion with the cheese and the oil
in the dressing, this is also a dieters dream: wonderful flavor, good
solid texture, and a bare minimum of calories. This great salad can
be prepared a few hours in advance, then tossed and dressed at the table.
It is nice served in wooden or earthen ware bowls.
To prepare Salad Romano:
Finely slice and place in salad bowl:
6 celery stalks
1/2 lb. mushrooms
Add and mix in:
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Chill well, and toss lightly with a bit of Vinaigrette dressing when
ready to serve. Garnish each bowl with a bit of chopped parsely and

This tip is always about something fun and/or useful
without any sale pitches.
Roofing - What Kind of a Roof Do You Need for Your Home? Depending upon the climate in which you live, the roof that you have
over your home can make the difference between a pleasant existence
and one of agony and despair. Although these are harsh words, it
depends what climate you come from. If you live in a higher elevation,
then a metal roof that allows the snow to slide off of your roof is
apropos for your situation. Likewise, if you live in a temperate
climate, shakes are probably a great idea because of their aesthetic
appeal, unless of course you live in a dry wooded area where your home
could catch on fire. Here are a few tips on how to pick the right
roof for you. One of the most popular roofs today, though very expensive, are metal
roots which typically will last forever. Used in high fire danger areas,
these routes will not catch on fire and provide the ability for snow to
simply slide off of the roof and onto the ground alleviating that sure
of shoveling snow off of your roof for fear of the roof caving in from
the weight. If you live in an area where it rains a lot, a metal roof may not be
for you. Unless you have proper insulation underneath the roof, you
would probably go mad listening to the rain fall on your roof on a daily
basis. Asphalt or cedar roofs would probably be your best bet because
you would not hear the rain falling all day and all night long. Asphalt roofs are typically placed on schools that are flat and not so
much on tapered roots that will usually use mental or shakes. The benefit
of asphalt roofs is that they last for a long time and have little
maintenance involved with them. Likewise, if you have to shovel your roof
off, it will probably not damage the roof as it would if you had shakes
that could easily fall apart if you're shovel makes too hard a big impact. The best way to determine which roof would be best for you would be to
look at your neighbors and see what they have. More than likely, the
contractors that created those homes placed roofs that were up to code
and were necessary for your particular area and situation. The last thing to consider is price. If you do not have a lot of money
to work with, go with that which is the cheapest and best value for you
and your situation. If you want a roof that lasts a long time, and looks
great, and you have the money to do so, it a nice roof that will not only
make you happy when you drive up in your driveway, but will give you the
peace of mind knowing that you have the safest roof that will provide you
with the most convenience. ======================================
