We had a calm and nice Christmas Eve just the 3 of us in our little
family. That's what I like most. We did went to Porto Alegre to
participate in my sons engagement party but I was determinate to get
back to Florianopolis in time for Christmas. There was some discussion
about that, but finally we decided to go back. I am not a person of
big parties, especially on Christmas Eve. And now New Year parties and the New Year promises! How was your 2007? Made some good money? Most of you did not. Why not start the new 2008 with some serious and honest businesses! I have 2 serious recommendations. 1. Start your own ezine. It's so easy. If I can, with my poor English,
of course you can also. I now easy make $300 per month only on selling
solo ads in my small ezine. Not mention the value of using my ezine as

2. Join a MLM business that is famous for being honest. MLM is much
misunderstood but is the only way for us small marketers to make any
money in this business as you can make money on other people efforts
as well. Internet business is all about sales. Never believe those who
try to convince you that you are going to make lot's of money without
selling or do any work on your part. NOBODY will work for you or give
you money! But MLM (Multi Level Marketing) give you a chance to
make money on people who join in your downline. If you just manage
to enroll one or two really good sales persons, you could make a good
monthly income. When I see statements like "not MLM, no selling, no
promotion" etc, I know directly that something is wrong. One of the most
strange things I see in my work is ads saying no promotion needed.
So why do those people buy ezine ads if no promotion is needed?
Of course you need to promote! How are you going to get people into
your business if they don't find your webpages? I have been an active member of SFI for more than 5 years. I don't
want to fool you by saying that I am making lot's of money in SFI.
But it's an honest business selling REAL products and I am here for the
long run, building my business and my downline. Something to give to
my children's the day I am gone. To make money in SFI you must qualify yourself either by making one
sale per month to the public or buy yourself. It really is very easy
as SFI offer products we use every day in our household. But nevertheless, I know that most of us don't want to feel that we
"must" buy in a special place. That is why starting an ezine is so good!
Just selling a couple of solo ads per month will pay for the purchase
made to qualify for SFI commissions. That's how I worked when I started.
Now both my ezine and SFI are in good profit. And I can promise you

14. Exciting cooking recipes.
============================= Brought to you by Chef Bruce Moffitt at: Copyright Bruce Moffitt Jamaican Habanero Sauce. Jamaica has a great touch with chile. They also have a great spice
and fruit tradition. Salsa Mataguerro is my take on a traditional,
very hot and complex Jamaican style sauce. Culinarily, it is quite related to the curries and chile sambals
of India. The term Mataguerro can be roughly traslated as "kill pale
ones" in Spanish, and for good reason. The three dominant chiles
give it an interesting taste sensation. When Mataguerro is first
tasted, the most predominate flavors are the fruits and spices,
with a bit of a warm bite from the New Mexico Nativo chiles. After
a few moments, the smaller red chiles come in with a stronger fire,
along with the ginger and maybe a hint of the molasses. About
this point the full, fine, white fire blast of the Habaneros comes
roaring in. Go Zen, relax and enjoy.
This stuff is great in a lot of places. It is welcome just about
anywhere you find good, spicy food. It is killer on pizza and with
seafood cocktails. It mellows out around Cajun food and is a real
kick in a glass of tomato juice with a shot of clam juice, a bunch
of lime juice and maybe a bit of vodka, tequila or white rum. It
is excellent with venison and other strongly flavored meats.
Consider Mataguerro Sauce as sort of a nuclear powered ketchup or
salsa, and try it on just about anything.
MATAGUERRO SAUCE
First, a bit of a warning. Be very careful when handling Habanero
Chiles. I hope you have good Habaneros, and if you do, treat them
with respect. When you work with good Habanero Chile it gets on your
hands and gets spread around if you are not very, very careful.
Habaneros can burn sensitive skin badly, cause excrutiating agony
if gotten on sensitive body parts, and can be of serious medical
concern around the eyes. Many people wear gloves when handling '
Habaneros.
Start with 12-20 Habanero Chiles. If fresh, chop up coarsely. If dry,
soak in bit of warm water one hour. Reserve the Habaneros.
Break open 3 or 4 good red Nativo New Mexico chiles, the ones in the
ristras. Take out seeds, break up rest and soak in just enough warm
water to cover. Reserve these too. In a heavy saucepan, add:
Tbl peanut oil
Heat up a bit and add:
Tbl whole mustard seed
Saute a bit till seed starts popping, then add:
3 or 4 big cloves garlic, rough chop
1/2 onion, chopped
thumb sized piece of ginger, chopped
Saute around for a bit, add:
4 or 5 chilpotle chiles, (smoked ripe jalapenos), canned are fine.
If no chilpotles, use several broken up small hot red chiles like
pequines, pico de pajaro, or whatever you have as long as they are
rather assertive.
Toss around some more, then add:
small handful raisins
1/4 cp vinegar
1/4 cp brown sugar
2 tbl black molasses
the reserved Nativo and Habanero chiles and soaking water
good grind of black pepper
bit of salt
1/2 tsp curry powder
enough pineapple juice for a sauce-like consistency
Simmer gently for about 15 minutes, stir occasionally. Run through a
food processor or a food mill. Enjoy the fire!

Snowboards - To Use Skis or Snowboards? At one point in time, the most popular item on the ski slopes
were skis. Skis are worn on both feet and allow maneuverability
across the snow at either a level plain or on a downhill slope.
At some point, snowboards were created which are almost like
surf boards that are used on the snow. Here are a few tips on
how to purchase the right snowboard for you. One of the most popular types of snowboards are freestyle snowboards.
They are very forgiving and responsive, and are perfect for those
who are new to the sport of snowboard. They are very flexible and
can be relatively inexpensive unlike Burton snowboards or K2 snowboards
which can run in the multiple hundred dollar range. Another type of snowboard are the all mountain or freeride snowboards
which are the most popular snowboards on ski slopes today. Use for
virtually any kind of snowboarding, they work well on powder, and
make it very easy to do tricks because of their ability to catch
air and maneuver over the harder snow. If you are into speed, then having all of this play in your snowboard
would be wrong for you. Alpine snowboards are designed long and firm
so that they go over this no at high velocities. These are probably
not what you want to use as a beginner as the amount of speed will
be too great and your ability to maneuver will be limited. When in doubt, go to a store that has a reputable backgrounds and ask
the person that owns it which one would be best for you. Mention how
much you have to spend, and also the type of snowboarding that you're
interested in trying. More than likely, you will be told to purchase
a beginner type snowboard so that you can get used to wearing the
snowboard opposed to the typical skis that you are probably used to
wear. Snowboarding is a fun sport that has gained international attention
and is fast becoming more popular than skiing itself. Jump on the
wave of snowboarding and purchase a snowboard for you so that you can
understand the thrill of riding down the slopes in doing tricks, the
same ones that you see on television everyday.
